Service Description

This practical, supportive training helps professionals working with children better understand behaviour and emotional needs, leading to calmer, more confident and more effective responses. Grounded in a whole-system, relational approach, this session explores why children behave the way they do and what genuinely supports them during moments of distress, challenge or dysregulation. It builds understanding of emotional development and the links between behaviour, wellbeing and connection. Delivered across schools, youth clubs, healthcare, community settings and neurodiversity groups, this training offers gentle, realistic strategies that can be used immediately across a wide range of ages - from early years through to adolescence.
